Working with Ruth made things I had been putting off doing for literally decades, actually fun!! We sorted through all my old keepsakes from when I was a teenager, cleared my children's belongings and organised a room so that it could be a functional space instead of a dumping ground. Ruth did an amazing job organising a whole room full o assorted stuff, including cupboard full of stored clothing. With post its and sharpies, she corralled it all into 12 bags for the charity shop, 4 for rag and some to sell. She asked which things were important to me and we worked out which things I no longer needed to hold on to. The room was left empty and tidy, and my head feels much clearer as a result.
